Reservation and Payment Policy
Thank you for choosing to stay at Christman’s Windham House, your warm winter place in Windham.
Your reservation and deposit hold your room until you arrive or until you cancel. To hold a room, we require $ 140.00 deposit. The deposit is 85% refundable if you cancel, 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival. There will be no firm refund on deposits if you do not cancel within the noted time frame. CWH is not responsible for weather conditions on the mountain or for your personal situations requiring cancellations.
Cancellations are accepted by calling (518) 734 4230. Any shortening of a weekend and holiday period reservation after check in, will incur a $50.00 fee due at check out.
Pets are not allowed in any guest rooms, A $100.00 cleaning charge will be assessed for any violation.
Even though you have given us your card # for deposit, we will need to physically swipe your card at check out.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM Check-out time is 10:00AM after continental breakfast.
Minimum stays: Weekends require a Friday arrival for a 2 night minimum stay. Holiday Weekends have a 3- night minimum stay. Two or three nights may be required during vacation weeks.
Service charges and taxes: Our staff provides you with immaculate rooms. An 8% service charge and an 8% state and county tax charge will be included in your invoice.
